A GP appointment is 10 minutes long  and we aim to see patients within 2 working days, although to see the doctor of your choice you may need to book further in advance. Nurse appointments vary in length depending on the treatment you are receiving, we aim to see you within 4 working days.

If  you are unable to attend  even at short notice please let us know so that someone else can benefit from the appointment and to avoid your records being marked as ‘did not attend’.

Please Note: The surgery will be closed each month for staff training, please see the opening hours tab for details. Telephone calls will automatically be transferred to the out of hours

Acute medical concerns will be triaged and acted upon by the on call GP. However in a life threatening situation always dial 999.
